Good cozy stay

Excellent location. The flat is small but quite comfortable. The building feels safe, and the common areas are clean. The flat has everything one needs and is quiet enough. The owner was really nice and communication was very good.

Only a few minor issues with this flat. I had to leave the windows open most of the time, otherwise the flat would smell like mould. The shower leaks a bit at the bottom, and I think cleaning could be improved in the hidden areas.

The host is very kind, and very helpful. The apartment is very well located. I didn't want an area with too many tourists, like Copacabana and Ipanema. Botafogo is really very well

There is an adult club right next to the apartment, which is poorly soundproofed. We hear a lot of noise and music at night, until 3 a.m., and it is very difficult to get to sleep.

Anfitrião extremamente gentil. Aguardou na unidade, entregou a chave em mãos e deu explicações sobre a acomodação. Fornece toalhas, sabonete, deixou cápsulas para máquina de café, água entre outras necessidades básicas. Chuveiro bom, ar condicionado muito bom, cama confortável. Perto de TUDO! Muito bem localizado. Silencioso. Foi perfeito para minha estadia.

Excelente opcion precio/calidad en Botafogo

La ubicacion del apartamento es excelente, cercana al metro, distintas lineas de buses, restaurnates y supermercado. Contiene todo lo esencial para una estadia corta: refrigerador, utensilios de cocina, television con cable, buen wifi, etc. Las cosas estan en buen estado, hay aire acondicionado y la cama es comoda. El barrio de botafogo es seguro.

El departamento es un poco oscuro por estar en la planta baja.

Ótima hospedagem

Gostei de tudo, ótima localização a,poucos metros da praia de Botafogo, tem tudo perto bares, padarias, supermercado, fica ao lado do Shopping. O proprietário nos recebeu muito bem e nos deixou super a vontade, quando voltar ao Rip com certeza ficarei lá novamente.
