Intrusive and unfriendly.

The price was correct for a garage transformed into an apartment without window. Also we could borrow a pair of scissors.

I have to say that the owner was oddly intrusive. Indeed he came knocking on our door for this or that, like the extra money for wifi, the fact that we must leave at 9 am sharp (he came twice to tell us) etc. We were still in the apartment just before 9 am and he came to push us out and started to prepare the apartment while we were still inside which again felt odd and intrusive. Also the 5 euros extra for the AC which is absolutely needed in a garage without windows felt like a scam.

Never again

We had to pay a fee for our dog and present IDs before we were even able to get any of our bags out of the car. Not a very hospitable owner the least to say. The place smelled of old and slightly fungusy air. The kettle had vinegar inside (I do get, it is a good way of cleaning it, poring it out and rinsing it afterwards is kind of a part of the process too), which we only found out after making a cup of a truly disgusting tea. The bed mattress was so soft and worn out that we felt like sinking in it. In the morning the owner was knocking on our door at 9 o'clock sharp for check out, even though our reservation clearly said the check out time was 9:30. With so many friendly people and nice properties around we are definitely not ever making the mistake of staying at Villa Americana.

Accomodation looks much better in pictures than in reality. There was only one bed which stretches in two beds, but it is uncomfortable. There were no windows, the walls had a mold and it had a bad smell. This probably refers only to apartment number 7, but useful to know.

Nice view from the curch near by.

Very unconfortable bed, Im 177 and it was too small for me and beside that very unconfortable :( My wife felt the same. The furniture is old and worn out, the bathroom was ok. Location in on top of the steep hill so prepare to walk or rather drive. View to the sea side is obstructed. Mountain view is non-existent. Overall value for money is poor. If this would be like €30 I would know what to expect and would chose this propery (or not). Overall I would give this 2 out of 5.

Nagyon szép vidék, tetszett, az apartmant is nyugodt szívvel ajánlom.

Az apartman könnyen megközelíthető, a ház mögött tágas parkolási lehetőség. Mivel a ház magasan fekszik, az emeleti teraszáról és a ház mellől gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre és a hegyekre is. A település tiszta, rendezett, a part könnyen elérhető.

Október végén voltunk itt, amikor este már hűvösebb van, az idő is változékony, így az ablakokat nem nyitottuk ki. A klímás fűtés az adott szobában tökéletes volt, de a többi helység (konyha és a fürdő) hűvösebb, párásabb. Jobb idő esetén, amikor az ablakok is nyitva lehetnek, tökéletes a szellőzzés is.

Schnelle Buchung & check-in. Bad geräumig. Wir haben sehr spät gebucht - waren froh dass wir noch etwas gefunden haben, doch im Nachhinein, suche ich nächstes Mal lieber länger oder fahre weiter.

Die Beschreibung suggeriert etwas ganz anderes. Es ist eher eine Unterkunft für Zeit-Arbeiter. Ein-Raum-Aufgeteilt in 3 Bereiche ohne Türen. Keine Fenster im Wohn/Schlafraum/Küche - nur im separatem Bad. WHG dunkel, machte keinen sauberen/guten Eindruck. Geschirr war dreckig. Alles Küchenutensilien waren mehr als gebraucht. Draußen ist etwas besser als drinnen. Wir haben uns absolut unwohl gefühlt - auch für diese eine kurze Nacht. Macht eher den Eindruck als muss der Raum irgendwie noch zu Geld gemacht werden. Geht gar nicht!

Pochodzimy z kraju, w którym ciepła woda i okna w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych to standard, a nie luksus. Opis sugerował widok z okna na morze, balkon i pokój z oknami, tymczasem zostaliśmy ulokowani w garażo-podobnej norze bez okien, kinkietów i ciepłej wody. Ciężko uznać to za spełnienie opisanych warunków.

Le immagini su Booking sono MOLTO ingannevoli sulla reale condizioni dell’appartamento. Noi siamo una famiglia di cinque persone e a parte la camera con i tre letti, che possiamo definire decente il divano letto in cucina/sala era in realtà una piazza e mezza scarsa incastrata fra il muro ed il tavolo. Tavolo per altro minuscolo da massimo quattro persone. Gli spazi esterni sono tutti comuni e con tavoli non in buono stato. Le piccole finestre davano inoltre su queste terrazze comuni con scarsa privacy.
