Scum, stay away
The place completely doesn't look like on the pictures of booking. It's very small and dirty. There is a small pull out couch, very uncomfortable. We didn't get bed linen. We tried to contact with Gregbnb and after 40 minutes they still didn't understand there was no bed linen. Crouches under shower, damaged walls,damaged bathroom. Greg is very mean person who want's just to keep your deposit 300 euro. I don't reccomend this place at all. Bed location, loud from the Street. "Tarace" is not a tarace. It's tiny, dirty place under some tree 2 steps from main street. They kept 35 euro because we didn't put the trash outside even there was no trash bin. Scum is the right word.

I'm happy that I didn't rent a room for a long time
Тhe room has no windows, very dark (unlike the photo), not clean enough strange smell, far from the center. A guest must completely clean the room. The owner imposes additional conditions (added in attachments).

If You Want To Be Treated like a Teenager, BOOK HERE!
Nothing. There were no windows and no mention that I would be sleeping on a pull out couch. Lot's of notes about rules, though. The tone of the notes were unwelcoming and scolding. Then he had the nerve to ask guests to strip the beds and clean the bathroom. I felt like I was staying with a mean relative. Not everyone that books is looking to have a party. Some people just want a good night's sleep on clean linen and a good mattress. I received none if that. No amenities. Not even a bottle of water. You can get a bottle of water from Uber!
The floors were dirty. I dropped my phone cord and picked up a glob of dust and hair. The mattress and pillow smelled like body order. I couldn't wait to leave.

Sehr Stadtnah ,Bäckerei 2Min entfernt ,schönes abgeschlossenes Grundstück ,Auto parkt man vor dem Apartment,wir hatten Fahrräder mit ,die konnte man da abstellen .sehr ruhig 👍.wir hatten zum Glück2Campingstühle dabei ,die Stühle sind sehr unbequem! Wir waren 3Wochen da ,sonst hatt es uns gefallen !
Sehr unversöhnlich,mit dem Schlüssel 🔑 im Tresor man hatt kein Ansprechpartner!
