We had 2 issues in the evening and staff was very helpful next morning.
The evening we arrived our bedsheets had foul smell so we couldn’t use pillows and blankets. We had to make smth from our clothes for the first night. Next morning cleaning lady changed them, however, first night was very uncomfortable. Also the mattress should be changed as it is so soft that it becomes impossible for two people to sleep on it - someone will always roll over.
And we would recommend to move parking blockers so only clients could park there. As now blockers located in a way, that anyone can park there

The room was very clean.

The location was very suitable, 20min walk from the Hbf.

A lot of noises which made me feel bad, noises are from the traffic on the street, since it is very close to a busy street; noises are also from other guesters, since there are a few bedrooms in this apartment, and there might be 2 guests of each roomn, quality of the door is just so so, therefore…… a lot of noises
