Ciche osiedle, blisko plaży i centrum. Mieszkanie ciche i nowe.
Trochę za twardy materac, ale to kwestia indywidualna, nie da się dogodzić wszystkim;)

Blisko plaży, blisko deptaku, ogólnie lokalizacja, design, przytulnie, wyposażenie kuchni, sporo miejsca do przechowywania (dla 3 osób wystarczająco), komunikacja z właścicielem obiektu mega duży plus.
Tylko brak półki pod prysznicem i nie zawsze było miejsce parkingowe, mimo zamkniętego osiedla parking w trakcie naszego pobytu był zawsze pełny.

Lokalizacja, zakwaterowanie, udogodnienia.
Trochę kurzu było w szafkach, balkon praktycznie nieposprzątany.

Lokalizacja zdecydowanie na plus i klimatyzacja w mieszkaniu. Trafiliśmy na upały i gdyby nie klima ciężko byłoby wytrzymać zwłaszcza że mieszkanie znajduje się na 4 piętrze.
Zwróciłabym wieksza uwagę na czystość np ochlapany kawą ekspres po poprzednich lokatorach czy niedoczyszczona kabina prysznicowa. I co do parkingu to w dniu w którym przyjechaliśmy nie było dla nas wolnego miejsca. Wszystko było zajęte. Dobrze że w pobliżu jest taki "dziki" parking i tam musieliśmy zostawić auto na noc. Po południu na drugi dzień ktoś wyjechał i mogliśmy zaparkować już na parkingu przy bloku.
