Location. 5 minutes to the closest beach. Own parking. One bedroom apartment (bedroom with sea view and studio with kitchen). Clean. Freshly painted. Well equipped and maintained bathroom with shower. Necessary utensils in the kitchen. Middle size fridge (not a mini), electric stove, kettle, simple coffee maker. Own sector at the terrace with table and 4 chairs. A foldable marquee, new and fully functional. Sea view. Beds - No complaints. In Bedroom - one double plus one single bed. In studio/kitchen - one double foldable bed. Good mattresses. Sufficient furniture. Air conditioning. Smart TV. Mostly sufficient (for a family of four) WiFi. Sufficient number of towels and bed accessories. Additional pillows, duvets etc in a wardrobe. Generally quiet neighbours. Nice stay for reasonable price. Actually, the town of Baška Voda itself is compact, picturesque, cosy and quiet, with all the necessary grocery stores and markets.

Considering the advantages, All of the below is not critical. Provided just to fill in this text box) Rarely weak WiFi. WiFi was weak during one rainy evening, I believe because of significant consumption - due to bad weather a lot of people stayed at home. No microwave. One of two air conditioners was not usable and required maintenance. The second air conditioner (in the bedroom) was enough. Only one door key - a bit inconvenient, but honestly we didn’t ask for another key, maybe it is available on request. A safe was not promised, however would be a good advantage to have a hotel-type safe box.

Vše v pořádku a fajn. Čisto, příjemné postele, vybavení super!

Jediná nevýhoda je umístnění ubytování. Když jdete z pláže tak jdete celou dobu po schodech do kopce, ale zas aspoň člověk vycvičí ty zmrzlinky.
