    I booked this hotel in advance for a relaxing two-day stopover in Istanbul, but when I arrived the staff said the room wasn’t ready and moved me to another hotel, claiming it was the same. It was clearly worse—the room was next to a restaurant with heavy smoke and the overall experience was unpleasant. The next day I finally moved to the hotel I originally booked, which was much better, and the food there was also far better than at the other place. I don’t understand why I was treated like a walk-in guest despite having a confirmed reservation, and there was no compensation offered. It was also surprising that the staff asked me to leave a good review. This left a very bad impression on my first visit to the country.

    A great place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and the breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. 5 stars plus!!!

    I booked this hotel for 4 nights but ended up staying for 3 nights. I booked a room with a city view but ended up getting a room facing the back yard as the room with the city view was not available. The room was spacious, the staff friendly and the location excellent, and the food all right. If you are used to luxury hotels, this is not for you. But if you want something decent with steps away from all the historical aspects, then this hotel might suit you. Always do your research before you settle for any hotel.
