Loved my stay! House was very clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Hot showers, beds were very comfortable and we were able to keep very warm with the air conditioner. Location is very central to all Rotorua's cultural sight seeing and shops. Host is friendly and even left a welcome gift for us (chocolate and chips). I would stay here again :)
Everything was fine, the only thing I can think of that might bother some people, is that the house shares a driveway with the house behind it. But this did not bother us, as the car park is at the front of the house, and we did not end up seeing any other cars use the driveway :)

This was what was advertised- cute and central for sure! The only thing that could be added was 'cosy'. The location was great and the accomodation contained everything we could ever need! We were very happy with our stay!

A spotlessly clean, welcoming, thoughtfully appointed house in a fantastic location for the places we needed to go. A wonderful place to stay.
The only issue (which is no fault of the owner) is that the road the house is on has heavy traffic throughout the day and night, and the neighbors are noisy between 8am and 9am.

The house was clean and tidy. And had almost everything we needed. The additional blankets in the bedroom cupboard were very helpful. I liked the outdoor area, it was beautiful when the sun was out and heated it up.
Our queen bed had a little more roll together than we like. A coffee plunger in the kitchen would be a helpful tool for my coffee addiction. But the house was cold. We had the heat pump working at it's maximum and the oil heaters going just trying to keep the chill out.
