About this house rental
This wonderful family ski home is located just 1 block from ski-in/out access in a quiet, mountain residential area. The home has wonderful views from several decks, and views from virtually every room in the house. It features a beautifully landscaped yard with a large deck and a stream, large open living area, updated kitchen, WiFi, study/office, hot tub, and private hot tub. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is an optional 6th bedroom lock off apartment available with a kitchen, living room and small living area with a TV. The owner recently installed all new hardwood floors and all the beds have brand new mattresses. Recently updated kitchen has new appliances. Air conditioning in Living Room, Dining Room, and lower bedrooms.

We were an extended family of 12 between the ages of 3 and 92 and we had a great time with some skiing and some in ski school and some taking excursions to Aspen. The house was incredibly well equipped.

Renting was super easy. Property manager contacted us before arrival to ensure everything was in place. Location was perfect for day trips and connecting to our activities.
Honestly, pictures on site don’t do the place justice. Layout was quite spacious with room to gather as a family yet everyone still had privacy when desired.
