About this house rental

This wonderful family ski home is located just 1 block from ski-in/out access in a quiet, mountain residential area. The home has wonderful views from several decks, and views from virtually every room in the house. It features a beautifully landscaped yard with a large deck and a stream, large open living area, updated kitchen, WiFi, study/office, hot tub, and private hot tub. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is an optional 6th bedroom lock off apartment available with a kitchen, living room and small living area with a TV. The owner recently installed all new hardwood floors and all the beds have brand new mattresses. Recently updated kitchen has new appliances. Air conditioning in Living Room, Dining Room, and lower bedrooms.

Renting was super easy. Property manager contacted us before arrival to ensure everything was in place. Location was perfect for day trips and connecting to our activities. Honestly, pictures on site don’t do the place justice. Layout was quite spacious with room to gather as a family yet everyone still had privacy when desired.

The photos do not do this home justice. The high vaulted ceilings, everything one needs in the kitchen, amazing views from deck and hot tub, every room has its own bathroom, king size beds...the list goes on. We will be back, thanks for letting us make amazing memories in your home!

This is a very comfortable place for a family gathering! We enjoyed the number of bedrooms, most of which have a private bath. The hot tub was fun. The kitchen has every imaginable item that you might need. My only quibble is that, while the property is ski-out, only the twenty year olds in our group could ski in due to the uphill hike. We enjoyed are stay a lot and I recommend this property for those with a large party to accomodate.

The house was great for our family vacation and we were very impressed with how well-equipped the kitchen was, how well stocked the towels were, and how comfortable the beds and other furniture were. We had hoped for more convenient access to the slopes, but overall the house itself was fantastic.

To say the least, the photos don't do the property justice. The house has an abundance of common seating for larger groups, and the hot tub has amazing views overlooking Snowmass valley. The experience was smooth with no issues or surprises - highly recommended!
