Welcome to our home! We decided to purchase this unit because of it's location, amenities, and fantastic beach. This magnificent modern Mexican Style Oceanfront Condo is located in Pearl Tower Mazatlan, an exclusive condominium complex with unobstructed ocean front views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches. The complex boost common areas such as: pool, Jacuzzi, spacious lobby, hall for multiple purposes, gym with ocean view with spacious and modern facilities, massage room, steam room, lockers and security 24/7.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo, previously used as a show-case model unit offers open floor with spacious dining and living room area tastefully decorated and full of custom upgrades. It is conveniently located right above mezzanine level providing short access by stairs or elevator to pool and beach area, yet giving enough privacy.
Living room and master bedroom have two oversized balconies overlooking the pool and the beach area. Junior master bedroom also has a balcony with mountains and city view. Each of the three bedrooms and living room is equipped with SmartTV programmable with Netflix, YouTube, GooglePlay and other media channels. The unit comes with WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, air conditioning in every room. Coffee, tea, basic cooking supplies are included as complimentary items.
Master bedroom - king size bed, SmartTV, walk-in closet, private balcony and private bathroom.
Junior master bedroom - twin bed, SmartTV, closet, private balcony, shared bathroom.
Kid's bedroom - two single beds, SmartTV, closet, shared bathroom.
Living room - sofas, dining set, living-room set, SmartTV, guest bathroom.
There is no limit to entertainment and experiences Mazatlan can offer. Enjoy fresh selection of sea food and local produce from City Market. The complex is also conveniently located next door to Mayan Palace Resort which offers local facilities such as restaurants, entertainment to general public. Local Oxxo convenience store is only 10 minute walk, offering day-to-day groceries and other supplies. Walmart and Sam's Club are located within 10 minute drive by Uber or Taxi.

A beautiful property with beachfront views. Some other reviews mention problems with appliances or hot water. We just had to make sure the circuit breakers in the laundry room were turned on. I think they turn off easily.

We are a family of 4 and brought 2 of our daughters friends with us for a week. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. Gil was great and helped anytime we needed it. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for quick meals. As another review mentioned the condo could use a deep clean but did not stop us from enjoying our trip. The view and sunsets are fantastic from the balcony.
We used Uber and the Pulmonias to get around. The pool area has limited lounge chairs and like anywhere you need to claim your spot early.
My husband and I would definitely return we loved the quiet of the area but our daughters and their friends are 20 & 18 so they would have liked to have been a little closer to the hustle & bustle of Mazatlán. Make sure you have tacos at Henry’s across the street they are delicious!!

Let me start out with the good things about this condo. The view is amazing! The infinity pool is incredible and we had a blast swimming in it. The condo is decorated very nicely with modern furnishings and it seemed to be very clean. The property is very well maintained and seemed very secure. There were always two or three employees walking around and the driveway has a gate operated by another person.
Now for the bad things with the condo. When we arrived, Gil the property manager told us to keep the AC in the main living area set at 21 because it had some problems. We kept the AC at 21. It stopped working and was only blowing hot air. I contacted the owner of the property and she said that she would contact Gil about the problem. He came to the condo and acknowledged that there was a problem with the AC and did not even try to fix it. During our stay the heat index was about 105 degrees and it was miserably hot in the condo. The AC works fine in the bedrooms, but the den and kitchen area were very hot.
The second problem was with the hot water. We all took cold showers because there was no hot water. Even after running the shower for 10 minutes it was still cold. The faucet in the hall bathroom didn’t have hot water either. Once again I contacted the owner and told her about the problem. She said that she would contact Gil and have him check it out. He came to the condo and told us that it was working fine. I took a miserably cold 15 minute shower that tells me that it was not working fine. I even turned the temperature control both ways just in case it was installed wrong and it was definitely cold both ways.
Overall it is a very nice condo with a few problems that need to be fixed. Looking at the previous review it seems that the condo has the same ongoing issues. I know in that review the owner said that the renter should have contacted her about the problems and she would have gotten them fixed or given them a refund. I did contact the owner, she contacted the property manager and he was unable to fix the same ongoing problems. So what now?
