This place is brand new! Beautiful inside and out, mountain and valley views. Even a small garden and ping pong table to play with kids. 3 separate bedrooms with rollodens to shut out light and sound proofing doors. Kitchenette, 2 balconies! Fake fireplace, seating for six at table:)! Everything is classy, with out making you feel like your kids will break something:) the location is wonderful to explore this area of the Dolomites. Host was great and even brought me a box of tea when I had forgotten to pack some:)
It’s important to note here that I wrote a glowing review above! But here’s what you would need to know before booking.. the lights on your balconies come on automatically abs cannot be turned off and they are really bright, and since they shine right into the master bedroom you will have to choose between having light in your eyes ( keep the rolloden up so you can tilt the door and get air or closing the rolloden and being hot, even though the temperature is awesome day and night in June it can still get hot when it’s all shut up. 2nd, if you come with a family and plan to cook so you don’t have to eat out every meal, please plan only stove top meal meals, as there is no oven. S We had tw meals we had to skip because I thought it was a full kitchen. ( my bad) Also, unlike many airbnbs there’s nothing on site other than basic cookware, not even salt and pepper. So be sure to bring your own to fully enjoy the space. Lastly, was really just a miscommunication, not a real flaw but If your English speaking, here’s the skinny on the sauna: it’s is a truly beautiful space… and the view from the relax room is better than anywhere in the chalet ( 1)! BUT it is only open from 4-7 3 hrs! And to us very odd hours. ( we had hoped to use the sauna after or kids had gone to bed) also the way they have it set up you have to tell them every morning if you want to use it that afternoon as there are no controls in the sauna room it’s self. So IF these hours work for you abs you read this or you understand what they tell you about telling them every morning then you’ll be good! But for us the limited hours and the Italian/English miscommunication meant in four nights, we never got to use it.. just something to be aware of

Tutto nuovissimo di alta qualità e di alta tecnologia per quanto riguarda gli infissi e la domotica. L'immobile appena ristrutturato è tenuto alla grande dai proprietari che abitano lì. Assolutamente curatissima anche nei minimi dettagli tutta la struttura.
