About this house rental
This home is the ultimate relaxing getaway for you and your family or close group of friends. With it's perfect location in the heart of it all, you will enjoy our relaxing and upscale neighborhood. Located just down the block from a creek and a beautiful sandy beach, gorgeous views are just minutes away making it the perfect retreat no matter the time of year. All within close proximity are amazing farms, orchards, vineyards and restaurants. Just 35 minutes to Shinnecock Hills for the US Open! Easy access to the Hamptons and Southfork as well.
The house has a large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The house has three bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 people. The living room is open to the kitchen which is great for entertaining and cooking a delicious meal. The outdoor patio is large, has a BBQ, fire pit and comfortable seating.
There are two adult sized bikes available to use in the garage as well.

My family (six adults and a toddler) stayed here for a week, and it was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The backyard and pool were a wonderful bonus, and we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and dining outdoors. The home was well-stocked with towels and cookware, and very child-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Cutchogue, the vineyards and Peconic Bay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in NoFo.

My family (kids 9 & 7) stayed here for two weeks and we had a wonderful time. The house is clean and well kept, the pool and backyard are great, and we loved the short walk or bike ride to the beach to watch the sunsets. The owners were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time out in NoFo.

It was the perfect house! Very clean and uncluttered with a big kitchen and a beautiful back yard. Just a block from the beach, it was a great location in a lovely neighborhood. Host was very responsive to all questions that I had. Would definitely stay there again!
