The pool and hot tub were not ready , both were freezing.

Good location. I liked they had a security guard in the parking lot at night.
My room had not been properly cleaned. I dropped something behind the couch, and when I pulled it out, there were a pair of men’s boxers, clothing, tags, bottles of soda, wrappers, etc..
In addition, the overbearing authorizer in the hallways was disturbing.

Loud music, Spanish, close to our room, started at about 6:00 AM. Not acceptable.
