They have good facilities, especially surrounding the pool. Room was big and bed was very comfortable. They said its queen size but i think they provide King size bed. They have bathroom with bathtub as well.
Entry to the property was very shabby. Water logging all around and dirty. Parking was also quite bad due to water logging and marshy and swampy. Options a breakfast was quite average. Also there are ongoing construction inside the hotel. Privacy of the guest may be disturbed around the pool by construction worker.

Good location right by main road, with decent open parking. Lagoon villas are very unique - surrounded by shallow moats of water with little bridges and waterfalls- amazing concept and stay. Huge bathroom with large sunken tub and shower, and good quality toiletries. Indian breakfast is not bad either. Very good value for money, given the low rates.
Check-in process was irksome, involving text messages, links and online registration and uploading of documents. Interior of the villa was from the 80s, with subpar furnishing and amenities. F&B was very basic and not value for money.
