    I could hear people walking by and chatting along the walkway outside my room. Door is not soundproof. Toilet has no lock. Room floor tiles are broken. Balcony is quite dusty.

    Really loved our stay at Hard Rock Hotel, especially the cleanliness of the room! As a parent with young kids, this matters a lot to me, and the room was clean enough that I felt completely comfortable letting my little ones crawl around. I also loved the little thoughtful touches — filtered water, a simple coffee machine, and even stainless steel bottles provided for guests to reuse. There were refillable water stations around the hotel too, which were easily accessible. I really appreciate how they encourage guests to reuse and reduce waste. The room itself was really comfortable for just staying in and relaxing. There was a good variety of TV channels, and I especially loved the balcony with its simple table and seating area. It was clean, comfortable and a nice little space to sit and unwind. The only downside for me was the pool. It felt a little small, and because of the way the surrounding area is set up, almost like a small café-style space, I personally felt a little conscious swimming with people nearby watching. Overall though, we really enjoyed the stay. The cleanliness, comfort and thoughtful amenities definitely made it a very family-friendly stay for us! ❤️
