About this apartment rental
Located a 5-minute drive far from the beautiful sandy beach of La Zenia, this 3 double bedrooms apartment is the perfect fit for people enjoying going to the beach, playing golf (Golf Villamartin & Golf Campoamor, 5 and 2 minutes drive away), cycling (cycle path alongside the canal just at the end of the road), walking to local restaurants & pubs, or going for a Spanish shopping escape.
The apartment has 1 en-suite double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 family bathroom. The open-plan kitchen-living room is a great space to enjoy time with friends and family. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a utility room with a washing machine and a thumber dryer. For winter escape to the sun, there is an open fire to relax at the end of the day. The apartment benefits from air-conditioning.
Outside, there is a sunny terrace that also offers a shady area for the hot days. The property benefits from the access to a recently refurbished shared swimming pool.
5-minute drive away is the famous beach resort of La Zenia.
La Zenia is situated on the Costa Blanca, forming part of the coast of Orihuela.
It’s a well-situated resort, allowing you to fly into both Alicante or Murcia airports, which are both respectively 30 and 20 minutes drive from La Zenia.

La Zenia boasts a fine blue flag beach with great facilities for both families with children, and those looking for water sports.

During your stay in La Zenia you can take an amiable trip along the coastal road, visiting the nearby towns of Torrevieja, Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and in a nice location. We almost had the pool to ourselves most days and you can see that the urbanisation is cared for. The apartment's terrace looks out over a wooded area and it was pleasantly quiet in the neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach
