About this apartment rental
Small studio in a unique context: an ancient olive oil mill newly converted into an exclusive holiday house. Thanks to accurate architectural restoration, the XVII th century building, perhaps a former monastery due to its “cloister” structure, has been transformed into luxury apartments, situated in a small valley, amid Tuscan olive-groves, cypresses and vineyards. The studio is about 30 m2 with cotto tiles and wooden beams. It has a sofa bed and a table for two persons. It has air conditioned and wi-fi connection, also in the pool area. You can relax after day excursions in the vast garden in common with other co owners (very quiet also in high season) and enjoy the swimming pool . There is also a big table and a barbecue corner, where you can grill the famous “chianina” meat, one of the most delicious local products, together with wines and extra-virgin olive oil.

Possibility to rent pool towels at € 3.00 per person, per stay. Please indicate your choices when booking. The tourist tax is calculated for the first four nights at € 2.50 per person, excluding children under 12 years. All these costs will be paid at check in either in cash or by instant transfer.

Other than AC not working, which cut my stay short, this is a beautiful place. Close to Cortona, a fascinating village as well as Arezzo, Assisi and other villages. Everyone I met were helpful and friendly despite my poor grasp of Italian language.

Wij lieten de bedbank uitgeklapt staan. Er bleef genoeg ruimte over. Wij zouden een vast bed daarom een goed idee vinden.
En een eettafeltje dat los van de muur kan staan ,zou ook een verbetering zijn

Notre séjour était très agréable,environnement plaisant,reposant ,très belle piscine,à proximité de sites à visiter.L'accueil est bien organisé,l'appartement impeccable.
