2bd Guest-friendly Condo Right On Sandy Beach, Near Bars!

I was fortunate to find this property at the last minute when another property owner cancelled my reservation one week before the trip. I am grateful to Fabio and his staff. The manager Enrico was very responsive to our needs and immediately resolved the couple of issues with the unit. The guards and entire atmosphere was very pleasant.

We spent the month of November 2019 at this postcard beach front property and the pictures just don't do it justice. location was excellent being a short walk to restaurants, shopping, markets and bars, no need for a car, also within walking distance is access to two other public beaches. Always felt secure and safe in this gated property having a 24 hrs guard on duty with 2 at night. Grounds and pool were well keep. Condo looked just as in the pictures, clean with a breeze always going through. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to our return on our next vacation. Thanks Fabio and Nancy

Everything is within walking distance ... including easy access to two other beautiful beaches. Shopping is available close by together with many restaurants and bars. Property is secure in a gated area manned 24 jours. Any problems quickly dealt with by the managing agent. Will définitly recommend and Will certainly return.

Some pictures shown on the web site are not accurate anymore. The kitchen cabinets need a fixer as most of them are crooked and some of them cannot be opened!!Very little water pressure in the showers and hot water is hard to get. The mattress in the bedrooms are put on and only supported by a sheet of plywood, which is very uncomfortable and noisy at night. One ceiling fan in the second bedroom is very noisy and they did want to repair it while we were there for 3 weeks...” will fix it when you will leave...!!” Oh nice!...Presence of molds in the wall of master bedroom under the air conditioning unit. Due to presence of aligned palm trees along the pool , the view of the ocean is close to none! The water in the pool is quite cold but refreshing, one may say. The jacuzzi is a joke! It is so small and so cold that nobody use it. Exterior of the building is clean though and security guards and lawn maintenance guy are very efficient. Adjacent to a bigger resort that is quite noisy at time. Overall ,not what we expected, and we would not return . Pricey for the level of quality of the apartment in addition that you have to pay for electricity and drinking water. It is due for major reno! Some convenience stores and a supermarket from walking distance.
