About this villa rental
This beachfront villa will offer you a true Mykonian vacations with its traditional architecture combined with cozy and rustic decoration. At it's fabulous private yard enjoy the most magnificent views to the Aegean Sea! A private path leads to the beach where drinks, beverages, sunbeds and watersports are available. Next to the villa, at the scenic hillside resides the famous Santa Marina Resort - favorite destination of Hollywood celebrities (Access to the beach is free of charge; however, there is a daily fee for renting a sun bed and an umbrella, and it must be arranged upon request directly with the hotel's beach manager. The bar and restaurant are open to all. Entering the beach as a passageway to go to Ornos or other nearby areas is strictly forbidden.)
We follow all the latest cleaning instructions provided by the National Public Health Organization and we have absolutely no responsibility in case the guest is infected with the virus during his/her vacation. We will provide you all possible assistance for the immediate access of the guest to the competent state health center. Guests must abide by all the rules of cleanliness and hygiene throughout their stay.
If a guest is infected with the virus, he/she is obliged to follow the instructions of the Hellenic Health Organization in a place that will be indicated specifically for this case.
The house is available for holiday use and is by no means available for quarantine or isolation.
By making a reservation, the guest unconditionally accepts the above special operating rules.
The Space:
"Boundless Blue Villa" is located in one of the most distinct areas on the island, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Paros and Naxos.
The villa is designed according to the local architecture and combines tradition with modern amenities. Offers complete tranquility, with luxury living and breathtaking view.
A private path leads to the beach where drinks, beverages, sunbeds and water sports are available. The beach (access by two minutes walking path) is shared with the famous jet setters "Santa Marina Resort", well known for its high profile guests and high standard concierge services. For those wishing to combine boating with their villa holiday, there is direct access to the sea with a small dock where yachts can approach.
Centrally located, only 2km from Mykonos town, the villa is very close to Ornos, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets and other supply stores are located 3 to 5 minutes drive.
The house:
At the level of the terrace there are two living rooms and one dining room serving ten people.
At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guests bathroom.
The master bedrooms are located on the upper level, featuring a private terrace and balcony with magnificent views and en-suite bathrooms. Two more bedrooms that share one bathroom are at the same level.
One extra room with en-suite bathroom is located at the semi basement of the villa following the stairs from the terrace, with a wide window for natural lighting.
The outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities through its thoughtful design where one dining area and two distinct living areas are offering an idyllic setting for a sunset cocktail and a BBQ evening.
The villa is fully independent so there is nothing to share.
Also, the villa provides parking space for 2 cars.

•7 Beds (3 Queen size + 4 single) additional beds can be provided after request

The Neighborhood:
The villa is at the end of a private road ensuring both privacy and calmness at the most beautiful area of the island. The neighborhood is residential and all villas have their own garden.
Getting around:
The access to the villa is possible by car or motorbike.
A welcome mail with detailed directions on how to get home from port / airport, will be sent to you prior arrival.
Since the villa is centrally located in the island, you will enjoy easy access to all the beautiful beaches, bars, the Magic Mykonos town as well as the airport.
Villa Access:
From "Mykonos Town" or port or airport or "Anomera", you have to follow signs to "Psarou beach" or "Ayios Lazaros”. When you are on your way to ''Psarou beach'', you have to pass a supermarket on your right and after about 500m there is also on your right a small sign to "Agios Lazaros". There is a grocery and delicatessen store as well. Then you make a right turn and you are on the road to the villa. Stay on the main road and after the ''S turns'' you will need to make a right on the private road that leads to the villa. At this point you will see a painted red rock. Turn right on the red rock and drive until the very end of that road, until you reach a big wooden gate.

We adored Boundless Blue! We had a reunion of friends (5 couples) staying together for a wedding weekend. From start to finish it was wonderful working with Maria. She was quick to respond and always had an answer and solution for our questions and requests. For example the house does not have transportation but she referred us to a private driver who was wonderful for the whole week. Since we were in town for a wedding we had lots events and the drivers picked us up to and from all events with just 30 minutes notice. Transportation on the island is extremely difficult so this was a perfect solution. Maria also helped us arrange with the caretaker having the fridge stocked with food before we arrived. This was key because (again) transportation on the island is difficult.
The property is beautiful. The views could not be better. We had so many special times hanging outside in the lounge areas. We made use of the outdoor grill and had a lovely group dinner at the big table. The location to the Santa Marina is great. It's a quick walk down the rocky hill. They allow you to use, restaurants, pool, cabanas, beach and gym for individual fees. It's an expensive resort so the fees are not small but it was worth it. We were also able to walk down in the morning to get coffees. One note worthy instance was that they don't let you back in the resort from the town side without a reservation or room number. We tried to walk through the resort from a restaurant in town and they refused us so we had to take a taxi up the mountain and back down to get back home which is about 30 minutes and $25 euro. We never had trouble getting into the resort from our house though.
The house is great and the bedrooms and bathrooms are for the most part good. Beds are typical villa beds with thin mattresses but we were comfortable. The 5th bedroom is separate and is in the maid's quarters. That room is not ideal. The maid, Julia, is lovely and she keeps to herself but it did feel odd for the one couple in that room to be down in the basement in such close proximatey. That room also did not have AC just a fan. If renting boundless blue for 9 or 10 people make sure someone is ok with being in the extra separate room. That 5th room is really the only reason we are not giving the villa all 5 stars.

The villa has an amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. It shares a beach with the ultra lux hotel Santa Maria (where the movie stars stay). The property is just as described. Wish we had staying longer!

Amazing!
Beautiful and perfect location.
I suggest Boundless Blue Villa for couple and groups of friend. A car is needed.
Large white spaces, breathtaking views , nice furnitures.
A wonderful patio to organize pre-dinner drinks, barbecue Etc .
Mrs. LAURA ( a girl resident in a part of the villa) is always on disposal for everything.

Our vacation in the villa was great, we stayed there with 10 people and absolutely loved it. The spacious terrace has an astonishing view over the sea and beachfront of Santa Marina Bay. You only walk 100m down a coast path to the relaxing beach of Santa Marina Resort where you have sun beds and a restaurant.
The housemaid was available 24/7 and helped us in any way we needed it and cleaned the house every day and made the beds. 2 of the 5 rooms were without an AC, which could be improved but in Mykonos it is always windy, therefore we opened the windows at night. One room was in the basement we did not even use and therefore put an additional bed into one of the big bedrooms.
The kitchen was well equipped and we used it for small meals. Most of the time you go to restaurants, therefore a huge kitchen is not needed.
The best thing about the villa definitely was the huge terrace with its amazing view and enough space to sit for breakfast or in the evenings. I can recommend the villa to everyone who wants to have a beautiful stay in Mykonos in a good location, reachable in a few minutes to Mykonos town or the surrounding beach clubs. A perfect stay would be for 8 people in the villa and you can enjoy one of the best vacations with your friends ever!
