We managed to snag the last condo available for our vacation! My parents were staying 5 doors down too. Super convenient to walk to the beach. I mean you cross Beach Road and you are in the parking lot for the public beach. Close to Siesta Village but recommend either driving or taking the trolley. Would stay at these condos again.

The complex and location were fine. Office personnel were very helpful.
The unit is tired and in need of refurbishment. Carpets bad. Furniture and beds uncomfortable. Linens clean but old. We were there 10 days and only had 1 garbage bag and 2 TP. Plug ins for phone charging non existent.
It's time for an upgrade.
