The staff were very friendly. The food and drinks were great. It is a neat area. I only stayed two days but I really enjoyed the property. Especially the butterfly garden.

Beautiful rainforest resort at the foot of the Rincon de la Vieja volcano. The property is absolutely beautiful. Lush flowers and vegetation are everywhere you walk. Hot Springs and other amenities are very enjoyable for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed seeing a sloth and the butterfly garden.

Our family spent two nights relaxing and exploring the rainforest. The staff and ground were wonderful, food was good, and room was all we needed. We scheduled one excursion on our own (Sensoria) and used the property manager for another (Cathedral Falls) both exceeded our expectations. The guides were great with adults and children. We would recommend and would come back if in the area again. We drove ourselves. The roads are managble, but would recommend giving yourself plenty of daylight hours. You don't want to hurry and risk popping a tire.
