The owner was well organised with messaging etc. and this was very helpful. Bretignolles has some very family friendly beaches so if you're ok with living as a submariner then this could be for you

The apartment was very small, about the size of a container, with all the facilities packed in. We were not the intended market for this seaside apartment but had to find something for a couple of nights through force of circumstances and in the middle of a Covid epidemic so, as I stress again, it was not our first choice and any criticism is intended to be helpful. The coffee maker is useless unless the info. about make etc. is supplied in advance. A kettle would be far more useful. The shower was too small for anyone above normal size to enter. The fridge/ freezer was full of ice because the door was obstructed by the door of the neighbouring unit. Ventilation was inadequate - liveable in late summer but a probable hell-hole in hot weather. Parking would have been an issue in high season. The intended market is a small family trying to enjoy a seaside holiday on a low income but the accommodation was not cheap. We're now paying the same for a much bigger and far more comfortable apartment in Vannes. Location......
