About this cottage rental

Beautiful one bedroom cottage set in open countryside near to Kimbolton and Grafham Water. The cottage is the ideal location to explore the beautiful Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire countryside and historic places such as Cambridge and other historic market towns.

The cottage is a great location for countryside walks with an abundance of pubs and local restaurants and close to the beautiful village of Kimbolton, the outdoor sailing, cycling and walking at Grafham Water, and day trips to Cambridge (just 30 miles away).

The cottage is set across two floors. A fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge on the ground floor, and original oak beamed bedroom with super-king size bed, en suite and balcony upstairs.

The barn sits within the wider grounds of an historic Grade II listed farmhouse and barns.

Close to good shops - the new Rushden Lakes shopping village, Bedford and St Neots are within 10miles.

High chair and cot available on request.

Beautiful property that certainly had the WOW factor. Set in peaceful and quiet grounds with peacocks roaming around that allowed for a restful stay. I booked partly due to the low price but was surprised at how great the place was. Would certainly recommend

The hosts were great and very helpful. Every time I had an issue it got fixed quickly. Very responsive. They even helped me change a tire after I got a flat. I definitely recommend staying here!

Laura was fantastic about a couple hiccups we had on the day we were meant to check in. The cottage itself is absolutely wonderful. The bedroom is DIVINE. We even had a visit from the chickens when we opened the kitchen door! Only thing I would say is that the sofa could be more comfortable, it was a bit too firm for us to sit and relax. Other than that, we loved it.

a very spacious and private property with friendly owners close by for any information. Beautiful local walks and decent pubs a short distance away. suggestion would be to take some supplies with you or purchase on your way as local shops some distance.

Beautiful accommodation within stunning grounds. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Many local pubs near by serving food until 9pm. The farm is also a lovely wedding location for those people thinking of getting married. 10 out of 10.

Laura responded to all messages and requests promptly and was very helpful before and throughout our stay. Cottage was perfect for us and our 1 year old, with a cot and high chair available. Very spacious and lots of storage.
