About this campground/ rv resort rental
Mobile home has been completely renovated with laminate flooring, flat screen tv, drywall, full size appliances including dishwasher and newer kitchen. The property features 2 screened in porches and ample parking. To be clear, it is not located on the river, but it is located a short walk to our own private community's riverfront park in Rio Vista. The park is on the beautiful Rainbow River with a swimming area, boat ramp, picnic pavilions, bbqs and restrooms. This is a very secluded little community with only one road in and out to the main road through town. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet near basic needs. There are grocery stores, Walmart, and several restaurants and parks with 5 miles.

We LOVE this place! The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, and walking distance to the river (and only 5 minutes to groceries- Aldi, Walmart, etc.). The house is the best vacation house we've stayed in with 4 kids! The porches are so lovely! Sitting outside listening to the wildlife and watching the birds and tiny lizards is so fun! The house is equipped with everything you could imagine needing! And the owners...they are amazing people! So very helpful and kind! We loved it so much here, we extended our stay! Highly recommended!!

This was a nice quiet property with a lot of privacy! We really like the outdoor screened in porches. The inside of the house had plenty a room and was well-equipped! The manager Sharon was very helpful anything we ask she was right there ! We would recommend bit of ParadiseFor a nice relaxing stay! Lyle and Susie

When I left Wisconsin it was -30 and when I arrived in Dunnellon It was 75 degrees and sunny, and it only got better!! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it had everything but my tooth brush. Sharon was very accommodating and was only a couple doors away but I never new she was there. The house was a very short walk from The Rainbow River for kayaking ,fishing or just grilling out and relaxing. Dunnellon was only a couple miles away and has everything you need including fresh seafood stand and produce. I had plenty of room for parking my truck ,trailer, motorcycle, kayak and pedal bike and never worried about anyone stealing anything. Very nice neighborhood.
