Nestled in a charming 22-unit property, our cozy and well-maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bath units offer everything you need for a relaxing Florida escape.

Located on the second floor of a two-story building, each unit overlooks a beautifully heated pool and features tile flooring throughout. The spacious living room includes a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 43″ flat screen TV with over 150 Direct TV channels—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

The inviting master bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, dressers, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and a 26″ flat screen TV. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with wall-unit A/Cs for your comfort.

Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy meals in a separate dining area—or in Unit 207, an additional cozy dining nook.

Was a very clean place. Owner was very nice an accommodating an even came to meet his tenants in person upon arrival, which was nice to put a face to a name. Only thing that could have been better was the extra pull out bed was broken an was very uncomfortable to sleep on

Frank's place was amazing. The entire process from the time we booked until checkout was great. All our questions were answered and the place was so clean and really close to the beach. The place also is well equipped with everything you need including beach umbrellas,chairs and beach toys for our kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again in the future.

The condo was sparkling clean, neatly organized, and very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach access and a short drive to restaurants and shops. The outdoor area near the pool with tables and chairs was especially nice in the evenings.

Very nice cozy spot. Pullout in living room. Nice king size bed in the bedroom. It's a nice open layout for family but not suitable for young children. Alot of glass fixtures around the apartment. Plenty of pots but no pans for the oven. Frank provided beach chairs, towels and many more for your stay. It was very convenient. Overall stay was very nice! No major complaints. We loved our stay in Pompano Beach. The apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Unfortunately there was a lot of algae up and down the coast when we were there. The owner went above and beyond when we left our keys in the apartment. Just the right size for our family of three.

The best feature is the location - walk to the ocean or the Intracoastal. Small cozy condo units - 22 total in 2 floors - heated pool - picnic area with gas grills. Definitely Florida.

This was our 4th stay at one of Frank's Mid Mari condos and everything was as expected. There were a few upgrades from last year - new BBQ's, HD on the TV's and the internet was upgraded and stable. The condo was clean and well stocked as usual and Frank and others from the Mid Mari association were busy around the grounds cleaning or painting here and there. They keep the area well taken care of. As usual, no issues with the general area of NE 13th street. Safe to walk at night , close to the beach. Publix and several restaurants nearby and the Pompano Pier should be re-opened early 2019. If you're happy on the beach, you dont need a car to stay here. There's 2 golf courses nearby also. Once again we were happy with our stay and with the solid communication from Frank. We've ever had any issues at any of his condos but I'm sure he'd be quick to respond if there were any problems. Thanks again for a great stay Frank. We'll be back in 2019 for year 5.

Frank was very friendly and helpful, appartment has everything we needed during our stay. The only drawback is thst sofa in living room can not be really used for sleeping. But Frank has an airbad, so we were ok. Big bed in the bedriom, nice kitchen with a bar desk, which connects the kitchen and a room into a one space.

The place was great closed to the beach close to restaurant and groceries .40 minutes from Miami and the apartment has everything that we need and more the pjys is the swimming pool is so relaxing that you feel not even go to the ocean .Frank always asking if we need something but the reality we did have it all.

This was our third year staying at Mid Mari and it wont be the last. 207 is the second unit we've rented from Frank and like 206 it was furnished well for all our needs. The condo was clean as a whistle when we arrived and had all the requirements for a good month in the Florida sunshine. Everything is provided - towels, facecloths, dishes, coffee maker, blender, spices for the BBQs, chairs and umbrella for the beach. As usual, the owner (Frank) pops in occasionally to ensure all is well and would rectify any issues quickly I'm sure but we've never had any issues in any of Frank's units so no worries there. The area around 13th street is safe even at night and my wife and I frequently will take a stroll in the evening over to the Intracoastal Waterway or up towards the Hillsboro lighthouse. There are several restaurants within walking distance and in truth if you wanted to stay there without a car it would be no issue. Lots of public transportation within walking distance and Publix is less than 2 miles away. Costco and Walmart are within 4 or 5 miles. If you like golf, the Pompano public courses are less than 2-3 mins drive away. Of course the beach is a short walk away and we spent many lovely afternoons on the beach. Anyway, another great stay, thanks to Frank for his hospitality and for ensuring that we had another great stay at Mid Mari. See you next November Frank!

Mid Mari in Janurary 2017

This is our third year at the Mid Mari and they only get better. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and hope to return next year. The condo is centrally located in Pompano, and it is a great value. The owner stays engaged with the property and has upgraded his units annually. We are looking forward to see whats new next year. We especially enjoy the many friends that return to Mid Mari year after year, and look forward to the 4 PM happy Hour next year.
