Green oasis

EVERYTHING was ideal and we are already thinking when to come back here! We booked a double room, and the owner gave us an apartment in order to fit a crib next to the bed. The apartment is spacious, very clean, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a kitchen. The furniture is older, but functional. The heating worked perfectly, and we got warm so fast. The house is surrounded by olives, and since it's on the hill, it has a wonderful sea view too. There is also a playground area for children. The owner is producing olive oil, which is very tasty. We absolutely recommend buying it!

The house is close to the main road, so in the garden you can hear the traffic, but inside the apartment it is quiet. The road to get to the house is a little bit bumpy. Check-in is very late.

Spectacular view of the bay! The place was super clean and comfortable. We watched the sunset over the bay from the balcony. Sweet!

Warm farm surrounding and helpful staff

It’s great place between the greens and farms. Our room was in the corner and the kitchen was well equipped.

It’s not easy to find the spot. Even the kitchenware was there the consumables weren’t. Such as coffee.

The breakfast was very tasty, the room was excellent except the AC didn’t work so well. The owners were extremely nice and we recommend this place to everyone. Beautiful view and not to far from the public beach.

Excellent accommodation

The location was close enough to the sea and town center, about 10min drive. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, and they provided you with all of the essential things a room and bathroom require. The hosts were very friendly and helpful For the rooms breakfast is included and the breakfast includes a variety of things to eat as well as cappuccino/tea and juice

Nice room, friendly host and quite a nice location

In the rooms without kitchen the breakfast was free. The Booking.com booking clearly stated you had to pay for breakfast, so something needs adjustment. The apartment was very nice and clean and it had a nice terrace to sit outside attached at the back. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that there is a busy autostrada nearby and there is quite a bit of traffic noise when you are outside, which somewhat spoils the ambiance of the place. Inside you don't hear the traffic noise. It also would have been nice if they had some nice bottles of wine, beer and snacks to buy on site. Its a bit isolated and a bit of a trek back to town to get.

Amazing place and wonderful view. Helpful, hospitable and kind hosts!!! Really tasty coffee from Luisa:) Can use barbecue facilities with fresh spices. Own terrace. Follonica beach, Cala violina and Rosigniano are close to the place (if you have a car or motorbike).

Awful insects outside the house. A heavy rain spoils the terrace.

Posizione incantevole sulle colline e il mare con una vista meravigliosa. Camera spaziosa e bagno gigante con accesso ad un terrazzo godibilissimo. Padroni di casa molto gentili e ospitali.

Unica pecca: frigorifero un po' rumoroso (per chi è sensibile ai rumori durante la notte).

Soggiorno rilassante e confortevole

Stanza confortevole, pulita e con un bagno che vorrei avere anche a casa. Avevamo anche un balcone con tavolino, sedie ed un lettino per prendere il sole. Colazione buonissima, sia dolce che salata, con torte fatte in casa. I due gestori sono gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente

Una bella sistemazione in campagna

La camera da noi prenotata è la più ampia di quelle disponibili e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per le dimensioni che per la sistemazione in generale. Carino anche il terrazzino in dotazione alla camera. La colazione è servita sotto un pergolato coperto carino. L'edificio è in posizione un po' elevata rispetto al mare e dalle finestre della nostra camera si vedeva la costa.

Non è vicino al mare e serve un mezzo per arrivarci. Però chi intende alloggiare in un agriturismo questo aspetto è sempre disposto ad accettarlo. La super-strada è vicina (verso monte) e dagli spazi esterni si sente il traffico, ma comunque dalla nostra camera che affacciava verso mare a finestre chiuse non si sentiva alcun rumore di traffico.

Oltre le aspettative

La camera matrimoniale deluxe vista mare è a dir poco stupenda! Bagno grande con ampia doccia, dotato di tutti i confort compreso terrazzino con vista mare. Il letto molto comodo così come il piccolo frigorifero all'interno della camera ed un ampio armadio. La camera, e la struttura in generale è curata nei dettagli...colazione molto buona. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed ospitali, pronti a dare consigli sui dintorni senza essere invadenti. In breve....ci torneremo presto!

Fine settimana a Follonica

Mi sono piaciuti gli spazi, l'appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio, con particolari che richiamano il mare. Terrazza con vista mare grande e comoda, sempre ventilata. L'isola d'Elba si vede molto bene. Casa fornita di tutto il necessario. Le torte fatte in casa squisite ed i proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti.

Con le finestre aperte, si sente il traffico sull'aurelia; ed avendo il cane, la presenza di tanti gatti ci ha un po' destabilizzato. Detto questo per essere precisi, ma ci tornerei assolutamente.

Un piccolo e vero agriturismo, semplice e genuino come me lo aspettavo!

La struttura è in una zona collinare molto bella e silenziosa, in mezzo a un campo da golf enorme, raggiungibile in 2-3 minuti di auto dall' Aurelia, la strada è ottima anche se sterrata. Gli spazi in comune sono abbastanza grandi e gestiti molto bene dai proprietari, parcheggio compreso (con le bandierine del golf divisorie 🙂), con gusto per i dettagli. La camera era pulita e carina, con tavolo e sedie personali all' esterno... la colazione è buona e abbondante.

Nulla. Posso fare una piccola critica solo al letto che, anche se ha il materasso alto, è troppo morbido, almeno per i miei gusti.

Abbiamo visto le camere sono bellissime. Grazie a tutti per l’accoglienza e la simpatia dimostrataci .
