Spacious, comfortable apartment, hosted by amazing people. I especially liked the terrace, overlooking the garden.

Everything was set up great and clean, I didn't know ahead of time which apartment we'd get, I'm guessing that I would've been notified had I used the app and not just booking.com online. Me and a friend stayed in a studio on the second floor (above other 4/5 apartments so it was a good excercise to bring things up). We didn't have any problems with noise or cleanliness, everything was set up well and we had enough for the 2 of us, an extra fork wouldn't hurt as there are only 3 though, and there were no scissors that would've come in handy but nothing major. There's a small fridge in this studio appartment, a microwave, a small cooktop and some cabinets. No oven. The table has flaps that can be extended a bit. We didn't have any bigger issues, we needed an extra towel and got it the same day. The only problem was that the shower head was pretty bad, there was almost no pressure so the first 2/3 nights that was quite dissatisfactory. We texted the owners but since they primarily use austrian numbers they didn't see the messages on Croatian numbers until the next night, so due to some delay in communication we waited a little longer for things to be fixed. But they did it gladly after a day and fixed it. The owner prefers if you go down to her apartment and just ring the bell. The small garden is also very cute, multiple terraces and parking are also part of the amenities. The location was quite easy to find, every popular place on the island Krk is under 1h to reach - Malinska obviously, Vrbnik, Krk, Punat and Baška, I do not recommend Stara Baška because of one way streets and bad roads and drivers and you don't get to see nothing much there. You can also do a zipline and rent cars, scooters and quads in multiple places. Parking in cities is harder to find and often about 2€/h so plan ahead or be prepared to pay more/walk further, which goes for the whole island.

I wish communication was better set up since we often weren't in the apartment to ask for help or would come in very late, making it uncomfortable to ask for help at 11pm. Calls and SMS were answered usually after half a day or 24h. I get the problematics as their primary phone is a different device but if you give both numbers to people you should make sure you're reachable on both as well.
