The Space:

Fully renovated, this fantastic 4 bedroom townhome is just a minute's walk to Whistler's Marketplace and Village stroll, where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and retail outlets as well as a large grocery store. Choose to either walk to the base of the mountains where you can jump straight onto the Whistler Gondola (or Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola) or hop on the free shuttle bus for a minute ride!



HIGHLIGHTS:

• 4 bedrooms - Sleeps 8 (King, Queen, Twin over Double Bunk Room & Twin Bunk Room) if you have children the third bedroom would sleep an extra 2, but please ask before booking.

• 2.5 bathrooms

• Shared outdoor hot tub

• Walk to the Village, no car required

• Washer & Dryer / Dishwasher

• Gas fireplace

• 1 patio & 1 Balcony

DISTANCE TO VILLAGE/SLOPES:

• 5-10 minute walk to ski lifts/gondolas

• 2 minute free shuttle bus ride to ski lifts (winter only)

• 1 minute walk to Village (across the road)

CANCELLATION POLICY:



25% deposit upon booking is NON refundable.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless there is a *Travel Ban* in place.

*Travel Ban* is a government imposed restriction meaning you are prohibited from traveling to Whistler, B.C.



In the case of a Travel Ban, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip, offer you a full credit to be used within 12 months of your original stay date (subject to availability & rate change), or refund you in full less a 5% transaction fee.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the communication with Debbie was very easy. I tried contacting her via the app and it took a couple days to respond. I think there might have been some issues however once we got in touch with each other, she was very responsive and communicative The space was nicely renovated and pretty much looks like the pictures except for I think the use of the fish eye/white eye lens really made the space look a little bit bigger than what we experienced. It was cozy for a party of eight.The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, etc. However, there was one pantry closet where we weren’t able to store anything so we really had to put all the food that we bought outside on the counters. However, there is nice coffee and teas to greet us.The location was great. It really is directly across from the village.Overall, a great property good communication our family enjoyed a lovely time over the Christmas holiday.

Very convenient walking distance to all the lifts, grocery stores near, amazing place to go and enjoy the apres ski at Whistler downtown.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Ready when anticipated, probably would have liked more detail regarding bedrooms: 2 have queen beds- third has twin beds- the 4th has bunk beds (and a see through door!)- This resulted in a certain amount of hilarity- and was saved by - the 4th couple we expected were unable to make it - so we had an extra single. Location was fantastic.
