Short business trip

The apartment is located on dirt road, but close to the main road. You have a big pool to bathe in, although we didn't swim in it because we stayed there in November. There is a big terrace where you can lie and sunbathe in the summer. Kitchen is equipped with induction stove so water boils in no time. Beds and sofas are really comfy.

Great communication. Host is very welcoming. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was wonderful and clean. Would recommend.

Great location, friendly hosts, good facilities.

Great location (peaceful and quiet). Nice pool and BBQ area. Very friendly owners on site and always available if needed. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Only thing I would change is to have better mattresses on the main bed. Was too soft and squeaky when you moved.

Nice and comfortable apartment near Novigrad

We really liked the view from the terrace since on the opposite side of the apartment is a winery and its fields. The apartment is quite comfortable. Novigrad is a small town so everything is really close.

The TV is placed in a weird location (wall next to the bed), so that can be problematic if it is important to you. We personally didn't use it so I wouldn't say it is much of a problem.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment!

Our stay here was beautiful! Fresh flowers in every room, kind hosts, free parking, very close do city center, well equipped, beautiful pool! They also offer homemade olive oil you can buy! We really enjoyed this place!

Es war so schön, wir hoffen, dass wir im Sommer 2026 jedoch spätestens im Oktober 2026 wieder da sein dürfen.

Wir wurden super freundlich Empfangen. Ein tolles Grundstück mit Pool, alles ordentlich und gepflegt.

Ein Traum wäre noch, wenn der Pool für die kälter, aber dennoch sonnigen Tage beheizt wäre 😉. Aber das ist meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau

Sehr Hunde freundlich....der Hundestrand ist in 8 min. erreicht. Wir kommen wieder .

Basic maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het zwembad.

Het appartement heeft dringend wat upgrades nodig. De douche in de badkamer liep niet door. De lavabo in de keuken was slecht aangesloten waardoor het water niet doorliep. We moesten de buis omhoog houden om deze door te laten lopen. Ook was er een boiler voor warm water bij de lavabo maar daar zat niet genoeg water in om het water om een lavabo vol te laten vullen om je afwas te kunnen doen. Een afwasmachine ontbrak hier echt wel want niemand wilt manueel afwassen tijdens zijn vakantie. Er waren ook maar amper potten en pannen voorzien om iets te kunnnen maken en die waren dan ook nog eens vuil. Je zag dat ze al zoveel waren gebruikt dat ze amper proper te krijgen waren. De regels werden ook niet echt doorgevoerd door de huisbazen. Er stond een bord dat honden niet toegelaten waren bij het zwembad maar onze bovenburen lieten toch hun hond daar lopen en blafte constant naar iedereen. Eigenaars deden hier niets aan. Spijtig genoeg hadden we slechte bovenburen die super veel geluid maakte en waar de hond iedereen wakker maakte. Het appartement is vrij basic en de lakens waren ook super slecht. Je kan zien dat deze al veel waren gewassen waardoor ze niet meer goed aanvoelde en irritaties gaven. Het zwembad maakte nog iets goed aan het verblijf maar er werd gezegd dat je kon zwemmen tot 22u maar het licht in het zwembad werd pas aangedaan om 21:30 terwijl het al om 20u volledig donker was.

Einfach im Paradies!! Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt, einen sehr schönen Garten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr schöner Pool. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Opravdová bezstarostná dovolená

Přestože jsme dorazili v dost pozdních hodinách, hostitelka na nás čekala a přivítala nás velmi přátelsky. Vůbec pro ni nebyli problém naši dva psi, jsou zvyklí, ale málokde je přijmou takhle bez problému a zdarma. V okolí se dalo chodit volně ven, všude háje oliv a vinice. Ubytování prostorné, nové, čisté. V létě k dispozici veliký bazén. Parkování v zahradě zdarma. Rozhodně se sem chystáme vrátit. Jedno z nejlepších ubytování vzhledem k majitelům. Moc se nám u Vás líbilo. Dekujeme
