In the center of all the good things

Great location, within easy reach of everything in Ayia Napa. The host was very friendly, welcoming and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and offered good value for money, making it a convenient base for our holiday.
One of the mattresses was in very poor condition, with springs sticking out from both sides, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress in the other bedroom was fine. The building itself is also in poor condition and has a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the common areas. While the apartment served its purpose, the property would benefit from maintenance and refurbishment to improve the overall guest experience.
