Valuable rustic Tuscan swimming pool, breathtaking view of Camaiore

The house is located where you can look down all view of the town from the terrace and the pool. We really had a nice time just by staying at the house for whole day. The host was also very kind and we could reach him whenever we have questions. There are also small mountains where you can do hiking. It is a perfect place for couple who want to enjoy the summer of Italy in quite and relaxing environment.

It would have been better if there are more storage space, such as drawers and hangers especially in the bathroom, also a big mirror.

A great villa in a great location. The view is what makes this place - stunning! We booked this villa for a family holiday in April. There were two adults and two 7 year olds in our party. You can walk in 3 minutes to a great local restaurant. The food is amazing but it is very rustic. Food is not served until 7.30pm in the evening. You will need a car for this villa. You can drive into the Camaiore in 5 minutes. The town has restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The local white wine and fizz is amazing and really cheap. There is also a great kids park opposite the supermarket. The sea is about 15 minutes drive and has a great sandy beach and lovely promenade with lots of places to eat and drink. The villa has a comfy double bedroom and bunk beds. The bunk bed does have a guard on the top bunk despite the photos not showing this. It is safe and secure. We also left an extra clip on guard for the bottom bunk if needed for little ones. The kids room does not have any storage for clothes and would benefit from a chest of draws or shelves. The main bedroom has hanging space but no draws. Again it would be more useful to have this rather than the roll top bath and sink - which although beautiful were not used. There are only two small mirrors at the villa, so you need to use the windows to get a full length reflection! The kitchen is small and basic but it has a hob and microwave which you can use as an oven & grill. There are all the utensils you need. Again, no storage space for food so could benefit from some larger shelves. The bathroom was downstairs and there is only one toilet. The shower was fine but quite small. The open plan downstairs was small but had a dining table and a foldout sofa bed. At our request the hosts added extra seating, but the space would be better used by adding a small corner sofa to seat 4, removing the large chest and placing the TV on the wall. The TV had Sky but only one English news channel. Take your iPads if you plan to watch...

Needed more storage and comfy seating.
