Upstays Balcony 25m2 Studio Near Palais

Nice apartment with all necessary amenities, excellent location.

1) An uncomfortable creaky bed. 2) Price for early check-in is too high.

I think the only good thing is the locational is not far away from the city center, 15 min walk. the small balcony is nice ( better than nothing)

I don’t think this property is ready for people to live. though I pay more than 500 pounds for 4 days. 1. I kept in touch with the staff before we arrive, which is good. but, after I arrived, no one reply my message and no one answer my question. 2. the Wi-Fi doesn’t work 3. sofa bed has weird angle ( not flat) which make us back so pain after sleeping 4. there is no handle for the shower head in the bath room, I have to handle it when I take a shower, which is super wired 5. the TV doesn’t work at the beginning because they are not ready. no one reply us, and we found the cable for a long time to fix it 6. in the check out paper which is provided by the agency, it said the trash bin room for the building is in the -1floor, but we can’t find it ( also you need us to throw the rubbish) 7. it should give us more plastic bag, because we live there for 4 days, not 1 day! 8. the long thing for the bathroom curtain is broken
