Apartamento CalarAlto 7

Era muy confortable, tenía muchísimo menaje, no estaba cerca de la playa pero a 5 min andando llegabas al consum, la piscina muy bien y además se podía aparcar.

No es una crítica pero la gente tiene que tener en cuenta que el apartamento es la planta alta por lo que hay que subir escaleras para llegar al apartamento, no es para nada adecuado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Ubicación genial, todo muy limpio, la ubicación genial todo muy cerca pero con coche . Supermercado a cinco minutos andando. Las playa más cerca a 10 minutos sin atasco. La urbanización muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, el apartamento limpísimo y muy cómodo. La tele no se por qué no la pusimos en 15 días. El anfitrión no le vi el pelo ni a la entrada ni a la salida. Todo por whassap me envió un vídeo de donde estaban las llaves y me costó un poco el primer día contactar con el, estaba muy ocupado, pero por lo demás genial.

El contacto con el anfitrión pero nada serio, y fui la primera quincena de agosto y había atascos por todos los lados. Pero no son tan pesados los atascos como los de Madrid.

Property is located just off a main road, easy to find. We were late on arrival, and host was very patient whilst waiting for us. Located on the first floor, albeit nice and functional could do with a bit of an update. The big plus was the pool, which we didn't use enough as it was busy at times. Great to have a swim after a long hot day! Well working air conditioning unit, however no A/C in twin bed/kids room.

Only one set of keys provided, 2 sets would have been helpful. Picture and description states there is a coffee maker in the property, we didn't find one and asked the host but never got a response. Not enough equipment for a family of 4 in kitchen cupboard, only one set of drinking glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. Dishes found in the cupboard were not properly clean, so had to start cleaning cutlery and crockery before they could be used. The 'dishdraining cupboard' wsa not a pretty sight and could do with getting fixed and cleaned up. Drawers in kitchen units were not properly clean. Toiletries were left in bathroom cupboard. We stayed for 4 nights, and on the last night there was a terrible sewage smell coming out of the bathroom, which affected our last 24 hours in the property - had to sleep with windows open, which is not ideal during the hot and sticky month of August. When we arrived we asked the host what time check out was, and were given the reply that we could talk about that nearer the time. Host contacted us on the day asking when we were checking out, to which we replied 12-12.30pm. Host then replied (very quickly this time) that check out should be before 11am. We responded back saying NO communication had been held prior to our last morning, we had slept terribly due to the awful sewage smell so we were hoping to check out at 12pm. Host then responded saying he would come to pick up the keys at 12pm. 12pm came and went, we needed to leave for the airport so contacted the host who was running late. In the end the keys were left at the property as per host's instructions (as we had to leave) and no further communication was received. I have travelled a lot in my years and we have stayed in other privately rented holiday accommodations, but this was not a great experience.
