Situated on a prime 2.5-acre lot in a lush wooded setting, Mullett Lake Home is a true Northern Michigan vacation masterpiece. The property—which includes the exquisitely constructed 9,000+ square foot main residence—is located on a scenic bluff at Red Pine Point, a naturally beautiful area offering gentle westerly winds and breathtaking sunsets.
This incredible vacation lodge has amenities that you can’t find anywhere else, including a full Dublin-style pub with pool table, a full game room, sauna, steam room, surround-sound home theater with 120-inch screen & stadium seating, hot tub, fireplaces throughout, and a spectacular dock on the property’s over-100 feet of exclusive shoreline. The main house & charming carriage house provide a total of 9 bedrooms,12 Baths, and can sleep up to 22 guests.
The main house includes 5 bedrooms (2 with gas fireplaces), 7 bathrooms (2 with steam showers), & a large dining room which seats 12. The kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, library with gas fireplace, living room with wood burning stove and family room with wood burning fireplace. The workout room, located in basement,has a full bath,steam shower,sauna, treadmill, elliptical,and both machine and free weights. The basement also has a large game area with an 8’ pool table, 22’ full size shuffleboard,Chexx Bubble Boy hockey,Golden Tee, 2 multicades,5 pinballs and 2 bar top megatouch games. There is a beautiful Dublin style pub bar situated within the game area which is perfect for entertaining. In addition to all this is a theater with a 120” screen that seats 10. The theater can be used for viewing Blu Ray movies or Directv.
The charming carriage house has 4 bedrooms. The master suite takes the entire top floor and includes a gas burning stove,king sized burl wood bed, satellite TV, the bathroom has a full-sized Jacuzzi tub,two vanities,stand up shower with full body spray and euro glass. Two of the other bedrooms include their own unique king sized bed and full bathroom each finished uniquely in limestone and granite. The last bedroom is a bunk bed with queen sized mattress and has its own full bathroom uniquely in limestone and granite. The living room includes a large screen TV, natural burning three sided fireplace, dining room table for six and bar area that has five chairs. The kitchen is fully functional with full size refrigerator, stove,dishwasher, microwave and under counter ice maker.
Throughout both main house and carriage house is a newly upgraded audio/video system that has FM, sirius xm as well as a large preloaded music library. Throughout the home you will use Ipad minis to control the TV’s, theater and music selections. Several areas also have in wall touch screens which also control these functions.
Attached to the main house is a screened porch with wood fireplace, natural gas grill, and seating. The backyard is large enough for volleyball and the front of the home includes a hot tub, table and chairs. Near the lake shore you will find 1,600 sq ft of decks with a screened gazebo and numerous seating choices. Enjoy Mullett Lake & breathtaking sunsets from the newly developed shoreline where you'll find a sandy beach area for the kids & a beautiful slate patio with a fire pit.

We were a group of 11 and all Seniors. The rooms were all so interesting as the house was decorated with some beautiful artwork. We took advantage of a fun game room, home theater room, hot tub and pontoon boat! We cruised and fished on Mullet Lake. While staying here we took a day trip to Makinaw Island which was a 40 minute drive to catch the ferry… very convenient!The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Jill and Jim were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.The only down side was the steps to the lake but by the end of the week we were all in better shape.

Our group of 19 was comfortable except that the top floor of the carriage house was very warm. All enjoyed the amenities and the pontoon boat. Great place for a large group!

The main house was nice, with plenty of room for everyone. The carriage was not as great- beds were uncomfortable and the bedroom on the top floor was very warm, no matter how low the temperature was set.
