Very helpful in all communication and always responded very promptly when I had a question
Only one very minor complaint,we missed not having a kettle for tea,we used a saucepan but not quite the same.

La distribución del apartamento.
No había accesorios que son necesarios para la cocina, como aceite y sal. Dejaron para un bote muy pequeño para fregar platos y no había ni escurre platos. Igual con el papel higiénico.

La ubicación estupenda para conocer los valles cercanos y hacer rutas desde el mismo pueblo o muy cerca. El alojamiento es confortable y las camas muy cómodas.
La ducha apenas tiene presión, y se cortaba el agua caliente al intentar compensar la temperatura del agua.
La limpieza en general es mejorable.

La Ubicación, la aceptación de mascotas y la opción que nos ofrecieron de poder salir más tarde de la hora marcada.
Las camas y las almohadas no eran cómodas y el calentador de agua a ratos dejaba de funcionar.
