There's some inconvenience and discomfort with regards to the bathroom but we made it for 3 nights.

We liked the size of the house and the game room. The kitchen is okay but not enough wares to use.

There's no bathroom downstairs. Not enough toilet paper and blankets provided. There's not much coffee mugs for 12 people. No kitchen towels. No kettle for hot water. Swimming pool is dirty with debris from trees.

Very Relaxing and Great Location

it was very relaxing, kids were able to get up make breakfast then head to the pool in the backyard to either tan on the pool deck or swim! laundry on site, didn’t take any dirty clothes home. Kitchen was well stocked with things to cook on! Plenty of space to move around. Great location to go and explore San Antonio. Quite neighborhood, there is a Rooster close that woke the kids up but heck it’s not like they were disappointed.

Wish there was a remote in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful and spacious backyard, with a patio and firepit. There is a lot of room to move around. Though we didn't use the pool it looked beautiful and the games around the house were fun!

We had some issues with the garbage disposal but we did without. one of the fans on the bedroom was not working. A remote was missing to the master but we ended up just using the one downstairs. Once o communicated with the owner on the messenger for this app his response was delayed and when he did he said he’s unavailable till Sunday and call his secretary. idk maybe I misinterpreted it, but he made me feel like he was blowing the issue off and passing the buck. So we all felt like we will do with what we have and enjoy the weekend not dealing with the issues. I don’t recommend this place. Sorry, but that’s what we all felt. The house needs updates and attention.

Customer service was good and the house was nice

The inside games, big yard, and there were plenty of beds.

pool was damaged/emptied, there was a steak knife and an arrow in the yard for the kids to play with, we didn’t find the corn hole game just a couple of bean bags, coffee pot was full of mold, we didn’t like the fact that there was no mention of the other side of the house being occupied at the same time. Also the fire pit screen was in bad shape.

The pool was pretty dirty. The wooden deck was pretty messed up too. I rented it for the pool and it was less than lack luster. Pretty upset about that.
