I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anybody else.

I made the reservation 4 month in advance, paid extra for the "deluxe apartment" but upon arrival, to my great disappointment was assigned the worst apartment in the building: 1st floor, above the main entrance, with people going in and out all day, congregating to talk and smoke cigarettes. The lady in the reception told me I should have made the reservation directly through them and not Booking.com, to secure a good room. Clearly, they do not hold clients of Booking. com in high regards and did not assign a specific room to my reservation until the last moment, when there was nothing else available.

Noise- walls are very thin, you can hear neighbours and noises from Kuracyjna street. Every evening before they close the stands on Kuracyjna street, employees like to test their four massive loudspeakers. Cigaret small from neighbours. Carpark spaces are narrow and some are unusable (tree in front of it). Staff in the reception is not very friendly or helpful.

A lovely stay in a nice accommodation.

Beautiful views of the fantastic forest. Beautiful walks through a fantastic forest, along beautiful endless clean beaches....... The equipment of the room was excellent. Large spacious balcony with seating. The hotel was new and modern. We will definitely be back.

Other hotel guests were noisy on the last night. Two dishwasher tablets and no washing powder. But from previous reviews we were prepared and we had ours.

Quiet, secluded place, at the very end of the Hel peninsula.

The property location is in close proximity to the beach, lighthouse and to the shopping area. Exceptionally quiet place justified by the time of the year.

What surprised me was the agreement you need to sign with the reception upon arrival, obliging you to all liabilities without any customer protection from Booking.com. This was complemented by 500zl deposit, which was returned in full several days later after checkout. Such surprise made me slightly anxious as not everyone can be expected to have true intentions, and it is exactly in such situations I would expect Booking.com to intervene (as they have in the past, in situations when facilities conditions where below expectations) shall a conflict arise. Having said the above, no conflict was reported with the apartment in question.

New object, very clean, spacious and well equipped, located in a perfect, quiet place.

Parking places numbers were probably assigned by some excentric person- there is no logic at all :)

An interesting place

Nice surroundings, 10 minutes slow walk to the beach, to each apartment parking space, nice rooms enough privacy, fully equipped kitchen and take washing machine, to the city center about 20 minutes quiet walk, in the city plenty of dining options, in the place it is necessary to count with a refundable deposit of 500 Plz for possible damage to the equipment of the apartments and then still Climatic tax of the city of Hel in the amount of 32 Plz and is paid on the spot in cash.

they don't have their own bike rental maybe one day there will be, in the town of Hel there is no active medical emergency or pharmacy with emergency service in case of need you have to go to the town of Puck waiting on time an hour trip there and an hour back

High expectations. No dissapointment.

Perfect location - near the main path to the beach, still quiet enough, not crowded with people. You can easily reach the center of the town on foot as well. Appsrtaments were clean and well equiped. Comfortable staying with children of any ages. Interesting historical places all arround - my family enjoyed those very much. Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived in not bussines hours, and we got very informative and clear instructions for settling. No stress at all.

+ Well equipped apartment, high quality furniture, spacious (very high ceiling creating spacious feeling) + Big balcony with glass door + Good location - close to the beach and town centre yet surrounded by the forest

Nice location, very modern building, our room was spacious and super comfortable. Hudge terrase, plenty of space. It is on the east side of the building so was not too hot even if outside was + 30.

The bathroom gets flooded each time you shower. Broken chairs on the balcony. Balcony is always in the shadow (which brings a lot of mosquitoes). Lots of stains on furniture and walls.
