The turquoise colors of the water from the Gulf can be enjoyed from the living room while relaxing on the sofa or the king size bed in the master bedroom. Both areas have full length windows and sliding glass doors opening onto an amazing balcony.

This 11th floor condo has 1,341 square feet of updated furnishings for your relaxation. The dining area provides a tropical atmosphere with lots of comfortable seating for the whole family. It offers elegant but casual dining for six with four bar stools for the granite breakfast bar. Sit back and enjoy the custom built wet-bar with barware and a separate ice maker stocked with glassware for your use. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a tropical fabric recliner and a comfortable large armchair and ottoman. An extra bonus is the electric fireplace to set the mood especially on cool days and nights.
1104W has a bright, fully-stocked and beautifully decorated kitchen furnished for a chef! Microwave, dishwasher, electric glass top stove, brand new refrigerator, granite counter tops, lovely tiled back splash, beautiful wood cabinets, blender, coffee makers, toaster, slow cooker, waffle maker, electric hand mixer and electric skillet. Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. A utility closet has a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop.

This was a nice condo with the best view we have ever had at OB. You can see both directions up and down the beach and also a bit of the strip. A nice set of chairs and a tall table on the balcony provide a comfy perch to enjoy coffee or lunch while taking in the view. Inside, Wifey really liked the mattress in master BR, said it was just right firmness that made her sore shoulder feel better. The master bath was huge, plenty of room for two people to get ready at the same time. As for furnishings, aside from the really nice Samsung tv in the living room, the rest of the things were a bit dated, but still in good condition. I dont go to the beach to worry about decor so as long as things aren’t tattered or dirty I’m OK with it. Everything in the condo was spotlessly clean….. except the recliner. The recliner chair had an odor like that of a soggy baby diaper. The smell enveloped you anytime you sat in the chair or at the end of the couch. That was a major disappointment as we rented this condo specifically because it was one of the few that had a recliner. The other downer was the master BR ceiling fan makes a loud buzzing noise while running so no sleeping with the fan running. Although we enjoyed our stay here, I would want to know those two problems were corrected before recommending this unit or making a return visit.

I did respond already with positives and areas for improvement. The positives were ease of check in and out, the beds were comfortable, the ice maker was a bug plus. We have always chosen sea chase due to proximity of stores and less crowded beaches. Areas of improvement include the need for more comfortable living room furniture-couch ok, recliner and chair not comfortable, one of outdoor chairs was broken;there was no liquid dishwashing soap. Please review the first survey I completed about 1 week after our stay.
