I did state four guests (myself, my wife and kids) and we just needed a place to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday. 2hrs before the gathering the host Allison with Evolve drives on the property without any consent. She comes out her vehicle and starts video recording and makes a scene sarcastically asking what’s going on. I explained that it was just a family gathering for my son’s first birthday. Then, she continues on to saying that she’ll be back later. I knew I wouldn’t trash the house and it will be cleaned up. That’s exactly how it was. Extra trash (GONE), interior and exterior was cleaned up, no damages. Allison reported to Evolve that there was a party at the property. I confirmed with Evolve that I did have a family gathering and what it was for. Explained everything I had already explained to Allison and how everything will be clean. Evolve was notified about Allison’s actions. No response from that. Paid for our stay

A very nice, well kept home that was in a nice location in Gig Harbor. Kids enjoyed their room which was perfect for them with lots of books and toys to play with. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the clear communication and great stay!

We are a family of five that was visiting family in Gig Harbor over Thanksgiving. We wanted more space than 2 hotel rooms, and the kitchen worked out great as used the 2nd oven for Thanksgiving dinner at the relatives. Property is clean, quiet and easy to get to, very well laid out and thoughtful. Very warm style inside. Location is very close to grocery, Target, Starbucks and restaurants.

It’s the little things that matter and this owner pays serious attention to the little things. It’s crazy to me how many short-term rentals don’t have basics like shampoo - for a few bucks adding those things is so easy. Alison has the basics and much, much more! A seriously fully stocked kitchen, condiments, spices, shampoo, fans/portable a/c, even a first aid kit! When I’m traveling I don’t want to run out and buy all of that stuff - it’s a hassle and a waste of time, and with this rental she has all you will need in the home. And comfortable beds and nicely decorated too. The lawn area is great - even for big 16 year old boys. A great home!

Right from the beginning Allison our host was gracious and very helpful. The property is decorated in a way that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Well stocked, including some spices and condiments. Coffee on the deck every morning was the perfect start of our day. Definitely would stay again and wish we could of stayed longer!
