The ambience, the courteousness of the staff, especially Soyab. Mr Dhaval immediately and earnestly attended to our calls or queries. Food prepared by the chef Ram Singh was very good.
The niggles like hot water availability was not satisfactory. Wi Fi didn’t connect. Movement on foot inside the resort, to reach the cottages, was restricted due to some ongoing civil works.

The food is very good, by a great cook. The freshly made roti's and normal chapatis are superb. The Malai kofta was perfect. A lot of the vegetables will come from the property's garden, and all the other food was freshly made and brought from local markets. The juice is made from fresh fruits.
Due to a prolonged rainy season - the constructions of all the large new cottages were only 99% done, the wifi in these rooms were not ready. The dining hall and the 'older' rooms had Wifi.
