About this apartment rental
Unobstructed Gulf view, across the street from Bonita Beach in building 2! There's a big entertainment center providing separation between the Living area and bedroom, creating better privacy for those who want to sleep in. The couch in the living room is fairly wide so it's comfortable for 1 person to sleep on. I've provided all the conveniences of home, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and cart for your days at the beach. There are 2 tennis rackets for those who want to use the tennis courts. The laundry room is close by as well. You'll also find a lot of good eats within walking distance that have great happy hours! :)
Whether you chose to stay in and watch movies on the big flat screen, play games (there's a few board games and cards), do puzzles, picnic on the beach, play tennis, go for a bike ride or take a kayak out (available for rent for a small fee)…you've got everything you need to do it all! AND if it's not there, just ask…whatever I can do to make your stay more comfortable, fun and relaxing, I will do my best! I take pride in my condo and want everyone who stays there to leave with a feeling of peace and happiness :)
The Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 pools, tennis courts, out door grill area, shuffle board and many various club activities.
If you haven't been to Bonita Springs, you're missing out! It's a very special place where you will be sure to have a great vacation!

The condo was just as described ! Everything we needed for my husband and myself. Dawn is readily available for any questions or concerns ! She will resolve any problem or issue quickly ! We had to change our reservation due to flight change and Dawn took care of it ! We had a great stay and definitely glad we stayed in Bonita Springs area, the beach was clean and no construction in this area !
