The first floor is the main living area of the home including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. Views of Puget Sound are plentiful from the common areas and provide a peaceful backdrop to your stay. The kitchen has new Viking appliances and all of the pots, pans, and accessories you need. Accessories include a coffee maker (and grinder), blender, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, electric kettle, hand mixer, baking sheets, and baking pans.

The first floor also contains two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom suite has a king bed, a desk and chair, 3 closets with plenty of space for clothes, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second downstairs bedroom has a pull-down queen murphy bed. When not used as a bedroom this room is often used as a kids play room with a cork board on the wall and some toys in the cabinets. Off the same hallway is the second downstairs bathroom. It has a shower.

The second floor contains the three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The master bedroom commands 180 degree views of Puget Sound. It has a king bed, dresser, and reading nook. The en suite master bath has radiant heated floors, a double vanity, large soaking tub, separate shower, and two walk in closets. The master bathroom is also connected to the second upstairs bedroom at the end opposite the master bedroom. This second bedroom contains a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is located at the end of the upstairs hall and contains two twin beds and a walk-in closet. The second upstairs bathroom room is located on the upstairs hallway between the second and third upstairs bedrooms and has a combination tub/shower.

Despite all of the interior amenities, the outdoor spaces are where this home shines. Relax while watching boat traffic, planes, and maybe a whale or two from the large deck. Play in the in-deck pool (coming soon) or warm up in the new 8 person hot tub. The covered outdoor grill is perfect to prepare a steak, seafood, or veggies. The tiered yard has 3 different levels separated by natural boulder walls and abundant foliage. Two large grass areas can be used for picnics or other outdoor enjoyment. The lower yard has a kids playground with swings, slide, and fort. Follow the path down the hill, past the natural marsh to the beach. The driftwood covered beach is perfect for a long walk. If the tide is low, you can walk in the tidal zone in search of squirting clams.
