Old style colonial type.Fabulous high ceilings, lovely art work on ceilings. Loved, loved loved it.

Excellent location near Duomo and Emanuel’s, our host, was generous with helping us get around Florence

PROS: EXCELLENT LOCATION, large rooms, a/c*, washing machine and detergent, quick online responses and via text right before arrival; hosts were helpful in setting up a third single bed in the second bedroom.
CONS: a/c only in one bedroom (but strong a/c in hallway outside so able to cool down the 2nd one a bit), bathrooms are VERY dated/rough/worn - one only has a tub and handheld showerhead (which didn't work well), the other was very small and a bit grimy; peeling paint in most rooms; thin bedding on all beds; no tv, no coffee table.
