Located at Sanibel Harbour, this 2nd floor corner condo with L-shape wrap-around lania is the perfect get- away spot for relaxing at the beach and pool and enjoying all that the Florida Gulf coast has to offer.
Guests also have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.
This 2bedroom/2bathroom condo has been renovated with high end finishings including marble tiling, glass tiles, high end granite, 2 beautiful walk-in showers, separate luxurious bathtub...
Kitchen is fitted with bespoke cabinets and large marble counter top. Well-stocked with cooking pots, pans...glassware, plates... Even beach/water views from the kitchen.

Queen size leather sleeper sofa installed in 2022 along with 2 comfortable arm chairs. Large wall mounted tv.
Desk and desk chair positioned in corner space provides some dedicated work space when needed.
Master bedroom has a king size bed (new bed & mattress - 2022) with direct access to terrace with beach views.
En-suite bathroom is luxuriously styled with walk-in shower and separate bathtub.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed (new mattress - 2022) and also benefits from another en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
As a corner unit, this condo benefits from a screen-enclosed L-shape wrap-around lania terrace providing greater terrace space. Two ceiling fans on the terrace to provide a breeze when nature does not.
Located at the quietest end of the building with beach /water views and tropical trees & plants giving a deserted island feel. Prefect place to for relaxation and tranquility.
Located in the 2nd floor this condo can be access via the 2 elevators that service the building or the stairwell. Building lobby was fully refurbished in 2023.
Pool (heated) and hot tub are located along the beach approximately 30 yards from the building lobby doors. Pool, hot tub and private beach are for the exclusive use of owners and rental guests (free of charge).
Barbecue on site. Free parking.

Access to the hotel amenities may be possible via a Guest Pass at a fee. (Availability of subject to the discretion of the Hotel & blackout dates may apply)
On the grounds are a number of restaurants, sports equipment rental shop, fishing pier, extensive jogging/walking trial winding through the resort grounds.

The view from our balcony was astounding. The pool and grounds were attractive. The host kept in constant contact with us regarding any questions or needs we encountered.

The condo was very clean and the decor was perfect. The location is great also. Being able to access The Marriot pool is a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely two weeks at Sanibel Harbor Towers! Our condo/accommodations were amazing! Enjoyed everything about it! The pool was also amazing! There were several days we had it all to ourselves. We celebrated our anniversary at Terra Nostra Ristorante. Food, service and atmosphere was delightful. Our time visiting Ft Myers was very enjoyable and we will have wonderful memories!

We were so excited for this vacation. Check in process was easy, view was definitely great and the apartment on first look seemed like it would be great. Unfortunately, for our family it wasn't a fit and we won't be back. One of the things we were really looking forward to was using the hot tub in the evenings and mornings (we tend to spend the days at the beach or adventuring) it was closed during those times! There were tiny bugs all over the condo so we had to be vigilant about keeping even a cracker on a plate put away if you weren't actively eating.. There were no and I mean NO condiments etc available which for us was new. We have used many VRBO properties and always had some assortment of things that were available for use. It was even to the point there was only ONE trash bag. Don't try to dry things it's an all day process and the dishwasher does not clean. Master Bedroom was hot to sleep in and we thought no problem there are two fans in the closet, neither work! As far as management communication, they did respond but they were snotty and not kind. Kind of threw a fit about me talking to them about the bugs and asking for trashbags. She sent someone to leave some who lied and said there were already bags there. Nope, there weren't and you arguing with me instead of just offering bags kindly made quite the difference with our feeling of being at home there.
In all, I would say yes the view is great, the beach is very short so don't plan on walking the beach and don't plan on using the hotel next door for exercise we tried that multiple days and they were never available. If you don't want to cook a lot and don't want access to hot tub in the mornings and evenings it was fine.
