This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator in the building.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, the unit includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and four twin beds (two bunk beds) in the third bedroom with new twin mattresses. Enjoy panoramic Gulf views from the large beachfront balcony, complete with a spiral staircase leading to the pool area and gas grill.

• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

This was our third stay and it was another fantastic experience!! The views and the condo itself are beautiful, and you can't beat how close it is to the beach. The location is near anything you could need, and the host is wonderful. We can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful week at this condo for our family of seven. Beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. Pool was great. We especially appreciated the numerous beach towels and beach chairs provided. Condo well-stocked. Highly recommended!

Wonderful property. Well stocked with quality items. Plenty of beach towels. We had eight family members including an infant and toddler and had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised to find a playpen and stroller on the premises. We used the full kitchen all day every day and had everything to prepare our meals. All contact with the property manager was great. They were very easy to reach and very responsive. Loved having the pool and beach right at our doorstep.

We had a great time. The management company was the best, checking in with us to make sure everything was good. The condo was very clean and well furnished.
