About this house rental
Porthia is a large and stylish house in Carbis Bay which has 3 bedrooms and has ocean views from the first floor. It sleeps 5 in a king size bedroom with en-suite shower, a double bedroom and a small double (4ft bed) bedroom. There is a wonderful family bathroom with large shower, WC and wash basin and a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
The kitchen is very well-equipped to self-cater for a family of 5 easily. The living room and kitchen with dining is super comfortable with plenty of soft seating and a wood burner to create cosy evenings in. The tri-fold doors open up to a decked area and garden with outdoor seating and small stream leading to a footpath to the beach.
Carbis Bay beach is a 15 minute walk away down a footpath that leads directly down to the beach. Carbis Bay train station is a 10 minute walk away and it takes you regularly into St Ives along a very picturesque route. The trip into St Ives is just 5 minutes.
There is free WiFi throughout the house.
There is private parking in a garage (dimensions are 210cm high, 540cm deep and 230cm wide)
All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.

Leider hatte das Haus keine Steckdosen in beiden Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Bad leider keine Toilette . Haus ansonsten schön mit schöner Terasse.
