This house would be ideal for families as it has its own fully self-contained apartment that can be made separate to the rest of the house for your own piece and quite. It also has a large undercover entertainment area with a new stainless steel BBQ with your own water views. Backyard access down the side of the house makes it easy for parking cars, boats or jet skis, still with plenty of room for the kids to run around in an open grassy yard. Trent was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The location was great. Amazing views and close to everything. A lovely house to stay in with everything we needed available.

Great location could do with some maintenance re entertainment provisions for eg pool table equipment in poor condition with balls missing and some balls badly damaged. Several of the games in the games cupboard were in poor condition missing pieces ect. Some instructions for tv entertainment system downstairs would have been appreciated as could not operate. Found some dirty frying pans in cupboard which left a bad odour in kitchen I washed pans thoroughly in the dishwasher and cleaned cupboard to remove odour.The house was spacious with a great view but the above issues let it down a little.
