About this house rental
Directly on the beach, Newly renovated, 1600 sq ft, spacious
2 story beachfront townhome. Sleeps 7. Relaxing, uncrowded, white sandy beach. (Please note- Dec 2025 - Jan 2025 beach renourishment will take place in Belleair Beach. There will be beach access, but will change as the rebuilding moves down the beach.) Wake up to breathtaking ocean views throughout most of the home. Our Pool shared by 4 other units. Fast wifi, A/C & Heating, Smart TV's, full size washer & dryer in townhome, dedicated free parking spot for 2 cars. Residential neighborhood with only 5 units in our complex.
5 minute drive to Clearwater beach, Indian Rocks Beach. Central location includes restaurants, bike & kayak rentals, dolphin and fishing & sightseeing tours.
Our beautiful sandy beach is perfect for walking, shelling, building sand castles, kayaking, jet skiing or just relaxing. We have the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, toys & games.
Our great room has an extra large sectional and large smart tv. Great room opens to a private patio with outdoor dining directly on beach. Brand new comfortable kitchen has window seating on the beach front. Great for entertaining or relaxing. Ample of counter space, full size refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It’s complete with all dishes, glassware, pots & pans, blender, coffee pot, toaster, as well as all kitchen utensils you need. There is a dining table in the great room that overlooks the beach.
The spiral staircase takes you to the spacious master bedroom and loft. There is a private balcony, smart tv, blackout curtains and ceiling fan for uniterrupted sleep! You will have magnificent views of the ocean from the balcony deck and bedroom. The master has king bed, chaise lounge, smart TV, dresser. Extra large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, closet, toilet. The upstairs loft has a direct view of the ocean, daybed with pull-out trundle, blackout curtains and ceiling fan.
Both Downstairs bedrooms both have smart tv's, plush bed linens. Both bathrooms have single sink with storage underneath for your personal items. Each shower has Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & Towels.
Our private beach patio is the perfect place to start the morning and finish the day with a beautiful sunset. We have a bbq grill to use near the patio.
All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath & beach towels) are provided. We have 1 reserved private parking space that fits 2 cars bumper to bumper.
This home has been in our family for over 50 years and we think you will love it as much as we have. We live in Tampa so we are close if you ever need anything. It has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy. Just bring your bathing suit!

We enjoyed every moment of our time on the beach just outside the townhome. Warm water, great sand, uncrowded, lots of sand dollars and other shells and creatures to uncover in the gradual water entry and light waves. We even had a manatee and a dolphin swim past us!
The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the floorplan allowed for both time together and time apart. The sand berm also provided privacy while out on the patio and we sat upstairs on the deck to watch the ocean from the house. The central location was great for our outings to Clearwater Beach, night kayaking, deep sea fishing, shopping and ice cream in Dunedin, boating and snorkeling at Caladesi Island. We made the easy drive to Belleaire Bluffs for groceries. The owners were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home for a beach vacation.

Everything was great. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was helpful and answered questions quickly. The city/county has recently built up a sand burm for protection of the houses from storm surges. This unfortunately has taken away the gulf view from the patio, but that was okay. Didn’t bother us at all. Walking back up from the beach to the house was a gentle chore, but manageable. The house is very close to the beach. We met some fabulous neighbors and their kids, that made our week with our 6 yr old and a 3 yr old easily enjoyed. So much fun was had at the beach, the pool, and playing in the grassy yard. This is a residential neighborhood, so we had to drive to restaurants and grocery, but again, no problem to us.

We found the location to be perfect in every way. We were close enough to enjoy what Clearwater had to offer but far enough away to have a very private setting. Highly recommend 10 steps to the Beach.
