About this apartment rental
Holidays and leisure in the liveliest area of Arraial D Ajuda, on the busiest corner of Rua do Mucugê and close to the beach.
The house is next to the best shops and restaurants in Arraial Dajuda, right in front of the Morocha Club and pasted in Pizzaria do Rapha. And just 400 meters from Mucugê beach. The property is new and modern, with air-conditioned suites with air conditioning, large living rooms with comfortable sofas, 50 "flat screen TV with cutting-edge LED lighting and a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook.
Everything new and tasteful, in the most privileged area of Arraial D helps.
To offer a better fit, the house was built with two independent units, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor, so we have three rental options depending on the number of people staying.
1st option: Ground floor apartment, with two suites, large living room, kitchen and a small green area at the back.
2nd option: Apartment on the second floor, fully air-conditioned with two suites, large living room, equipped kitchen and private terrace with gazebo.
3rd Rental of two individual apartments totaling four suites and total space of the residence.
Despite the individuality of the units, access is via a single electronic gate.
* The advert value refers to the ground floor apartment with two suites for up to 5 people.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people (extra guests paid separately).
House amenities: fiber optic wi-fi, cable tv.
Each apartment is entitled to a spot for a small or medium-sized car.
Extremely privileged location, you don't need a car for anything, because everything is around.
You will be staying in the heart of Arraial Djuda, right on the corner of Rua do Mucugê, in front of Pizzaria do Rapha, pasted at Choperia do Xaxá, Dolce & Salato restaurant, and Morocha Club, literally where everything happens, close to Praça Caminho do Mar (50 meters) and Beco das Cores.
To get to the beach just go down the street in a straight line, at 400 meters you are at Mucugê beach, following further on you will reach Praia do Parracho and Pitinga.
600 meters in the opposite direction you reach the water park.
For those who go to Wiki Point Parracho, you can go walking, it is less than 1.5 km.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha estadia, pelas boas condições do imóvel e pela excelente localização, perto de tudo restaurantes, padaria etc. supermercado e facilidades de transporte. O proprietário foi sempre muito educado. Recomendo a todos.

As condições da casa são muito boas, tanto na estrutura, quanto no mobiliário, eletrodomésticos, roupa de cama la contidos. Ambos os banheiros da parte superior apresentaram adequadas condições de uso, com ótima vazão da água, tanto nos chuveiros, quanto nos vasos sanitários.
O imóvel encontra-se localizado em local privilegiado, próximo a praia, bares, boates, farmácia, mercados, bancos, pizzarias, entre outros.
O proprietário ( Marcelo) e uma pessoa muito receptiva e atenciosa, estando sempre disponível para te apoiar em eventuais necessidades.
Pretendo retornar para Arraial e não tenho dúvida de uma nova estadia na mesma residência.

Localização maravilhosa, no centro de tudo!
O apartamento de cima é ótimo, muito confortavel. Tudo em bom estado. O dono foi super receptível e demonstrou muito interesse em ajudar em todas as horas.
Único problema foram os banheiros, que saem muita pouca água por conta da bomba e não teve solução nenhuma. Dois dias de uso (com dificuldades) e um deles parou de funcionar total: sem chuveiro, sem descarga (pois não enchia de água) e a água pia era muito fraca. A pressão da água do outro banheiro aumentou um pouco, mas ainda assim continuava muito fraca e também ficamos com um banheiro apenas.
Fora isso, a estadia foi ótima. Conseguimos nos ajustar, mas o problema do banheiro realmente nos incomodou. Se tivesse conseguido ajustar o problema dos banheiros, teria sido mais que perfeito. Obrigada!
