About this apartment rental
This 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT (third floor) is fully repainted and refurnished with European-designed furniture (indoor and outdoor).
The apartment has a large terrace with stunning ocean views and looks out over the private beach and pool.
The terrace holds a 6-person modern dining table with 6 chairs as well as a lounge chair, perfect to have your morning coffee (or late-night wine☺)
The living room has a sofa, coffee table, and bookshelf with books about the island. There is a TV and there is WIFI access throughout the apartment as well as on the beach and pool area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people ( 2 adults max when booking for 6) and has an oven, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer combo, Nespresso coffeemaker, blender, and toaster.
In the corridor, there is a guest bathroom and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ironing board.
The large master bedroom with sea view has a kingsize bed, TV, writing area, and walk-in closet. It has an adjacent bathroom with double vanity, toilet and large walk-in shower. Of course, plenty of bath- and beach towels will be provided.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can easily be transformed into a kingsize double bed. Perfect for two children/teenagers or an extra adult couple joining you. This room also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is smaller but perfect for 1 teenager or two smaller children. It holds a single bed with an extra mattress that can be pulled out and made into an extra bed. There is also a smaller shower area and toilet.
Every room has large wardrobes.
In front of the building, there is a private parking area (one car for each apartment), and the whole area is gated and secured. There is a security guard on-site during the night.

The Strand is really nice - it has a great location where you are close enough to walk into town, but still not in the business of actually staying downtown. The apartment was immaculate and is set up really nice. Very modern decor and pretty much all the amenities that you could ask for. It's a 2.5 bedroom and is best suited for a family with kids in our opinion. The second bedroom is very nice, but when you stay with two couples, one of you is definitely getting the short straw when you compare it to the master. Super clean, super beach area, secure parking, great place to stay. Host is excellent and very responsive.

Luckily this year spring breaks aligned letting us get away as a family and this was a great place to do it. Clean, bright, easy access to diving, dinning, shopping, and a private lagoon. Daytime highs in the mid eighties would have us running the AC at home, here, open the doors/windows and the steady breeze off the ocean kept us comfortable. Great place to stay, friendly staff and plenty of room. We plan to return.

We stayed here for 12 nights. We were really happy with the property. The location is excellent, not only for the beach/pool but the walking distance to the city centre and an endless choice of great restaurants. We would definitely recommend and will likely be back.

The location is great with a swimming, pool, beach, and snorkeling, right out your door. The condo is spacious and can house 2 to 3 families easily. It is close to shops and restaurants. We would recommend the Wine Cellar. There were, however, hidden charges that we did not expect. We were asked to pay for the electric bill beyond a certain amount per day, which was not in the contract. It’s been three weeks since we rented and we have not received our deposit back nor did we receive any communication as to why. For these reasons, we are giving this condo a low rating and renters should be aware of hidden charges.
